I’m an integrative nutrition coach with a passion for food and helping others. I’ve been working in my practice in Amsterdam for more than 2 years and have witnessed the confusion around food and the tremendous influence that nutrition has on our health many many times.

This year I really started looking for ways to make healthy food choices more available for everyone. I wanted to get back to my mission to reconnect people with their own bodies, feel proud, fully energized and fit again. Make it easy for everybody to make the right choices. I realized that there is no better way to do that than an online course, that will help you to set a strong foundation for your own health at your own pace.

Yes, once purchased you can keep all the videos, lists and downloads for life. 

This course equips you with basic knowledge about healthy nutrition. It will help you to understand which foods are good and how to include them into your diet. It is far broader than just centered around losing weight, although many of the tips and knowledge I share in it would be supportive to a weight loss journey. Losing weight can therefore be a welcome side-effect if that is what you are looking for.

No, this course does not put you on a strict diet and is generally not focussed on restriction. Instead, the main focus of the course is on the foods that are great for us and that we should be filling our plates with.
