I would absolutely recommend Annalena as a nutrition coach. She has a wealth of information which she shares without being pushy. She never told me to stop doing certain things but just gave gentle nudges towards a healthy lifestyle. After my 3 month program with her I felt reborn. The Eat Well, Feel Good Introduction Course to Nutrition really helped me to listen to my own body. What do I need, what makes me feel energetic and what doesn’t? I’ve been struggling for years to find a diet that worked for me, mostly restricting certain types of food. But what I’ve learned from Annalena is that intuitive eating, and enjoying good and healthy food is better in the long run.
