Hi, I’m Annie, I work as a registered Integrative Nutrition Coach. I empower women to feel great in their own skin and be in charge of their own bodies through food education, coaching and interactive cooking classes.
Growing up, I struggled with with lots of gut health related issues. Bloating, cramps, irregular bowel movement… you get the picture 😉
When my stomach struggles started to really bug me on a daily basis, causing me to feel right about six months pregnant when I looked down on my belly, I started diving into nutritional science and reached out for help.
Turns out, the advice I received from some dietitians just didn’t work for me. I was put on strict diets that really took all the fun and joy of eating away.
Since I’m all about enjoying food, I decided to do my own research and started studying nutrition. Throughout this journey and with the knowledge I acquired I was able to heal my issues once and for all. I lost some excess weight, my skin started clearing up and I was able to let go of insecurities. I got more bonuses than an average shady course.
After experiencing the tremendous effect of good nutrition myself, I made it my mission to help you reconnect with your own body and show you just how easy and fun it can actually be.

Bridging the gap between pure nutrition theory and actually putting it into pratice in an easy and fun way that feels motivating and doable in the long run!
For some of us personal coaching is too cost intensive, but you feel the need to connect, exchange experiences and be held accountable. Is that you?
In this program we’ll learn together, cook together, support each other and grow together. Creating a community of like minded people who have each other’s back, motivate and inspire each other.

Annalena is a wonderful person with lots of empathy and a great knowledge around food and nutrition. With her amazing recipes, tips and tricks she gave me a fantastic guidance on how to live a healthier lifestyle, appreciate food and nourish my body the right way. She showcases how essential it is to appreciate the body you live in, the need to be kind to yourself, to listen to your gut feeling (literally 😊) and just be yourself even if your body has little flaws… I would say forget all the diets and strict regimen but meet up with her, to find the true beauty of food and learn to love your body.
It's because of Annalena that I feel better in my own skin since Corona. Being at home a lot made me eat much more - both in quantities but also snacks.
The online course and private coaching session have taught me so much and hade made me much more conscious about things. What works best for me now: 3 meals a day, not too much for dinner and eat that on a breakfast plate, the 80/20 rule, eating enough fats to stay full for longer. By leaving out certain foods and adding in others, I was able to repopulate the good bacteria in my gut. It took some getting used to at first but I am so happy that my outdated beliefs are in the past now 😉
Although I was pretty content with my body and energy-level already, I knew I could do better in terms of actually eating healthy and taking care of my body. Every now and again I skipped meals or just shuffled into my mouth what I could find in the fridge. During Annies course I more and more realized how much fun, rewarding and more important delicious it is to be more concious about food! Loved the easy and simple tips and tricks and immediatly started using them. Opening the fridge now is inspiring, colorful and puts a smile on my face!
Such a loving vibe and so much detailed information! It’s so refreshing to find out what healthy eating really means instead of focusing on the industry screaming eat less, less less!
I loved that all modules contained written summaries and extra tips about supplements, a 3-day sample menu plan or favorite cookbooks.
I really enjoyed the cooking videos, which inspired me to directly get to work and put my knowledge into practice!
Annalena helped me to slowly and subtly change the way I have been eating, but most of all making me conscious about what I eat and what that does to my body. Together we discovered what works for me and I am so thankful I finally feel way better, I restored a healthy relationship with food again and I actually know what is good for me personally through her experience and in depth knowledge that she shared with me.

The coaching program has contributed to a life without stomach pain! I enjoy cooking again, trying new recipes and experimenting! Especially the realization that healthy eating is not about scarcity, but about abundance.
I have lost a few pounds, I have almost no stomach pain and I see the kitchen as a playground where I can experiment. I now realize that when I look lovingly and abundantly at food and my body, it really can't go wrong!

Thanks to Naela Health, I understand what nutrition does to my body and mind, what I need to consume for optimal focus, and also how to apply it in practical terms.
As a busy entrepreneur, regular meals were not a priority. Now I always have breakfast and I understand which nutrients are important, what my plate should consist of. The happy conversations, the nice surprise recipes and the personal advice make it a one of a kind process.
When o when?
It is not by accident that this first group starts in the first quarter of the new year. With this program we’ll set you up for the year to come and hopefully also for a lifetime of a healthy and happy relationship with food.

If you answered ‘Yes’ to any of the above, then this is the program for you.
The group program will take place over the period of an entire month, starting with the Online Course and some hours of home study.
After that we’ll meet twice for approx. half a day and once for a private coaching session.
Throughout the entire month it is advisable to log your food daily.
We’ll keep the groups relatively small and intimate ranging from 4 to max. 8 people per group. Like that we’ll be able to pay enough attention towards everyone’s questions and we’ll create a tight bond within the group.
All participants are pre-screened and grouped together according to their current situation, struggles and wishes so that we can relate to one another and the information given is useful to everyone.
Nutrition is something very personal and I believe that this program offers the perfect combination of it all. The online course touches the surface of general nutritional science and healthy eating. During our offline sessions, we’ll discuss your questions and issues in the group and we’ll get our hands dirty in the kitchen. The online community serves as your platform to exchange experiences and inspire each other and the private coaching session gives us the opportunity to really tackle your personal situation and all questions you might have.
